1. Who we are

Timeless Fits, based at Veemarktkade 8, 5222 AE 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Reachable at info@timeless-fits.com. These terms apply to every order placed through timeless-fits.com.

2. What we sell

We sell pre-loved, vintage and new designer clothing. Every item is unique and usually available as a single piece. The condition of each item is described on its product page and documented in the product photos. Please read those carefully before ordering.

Colours may appear differently on different screens. Vintage and pre-loved pieces carry signs of wear unless stated otherwise.

3. Authenticity

We sell authentic items only. Every piece is checked before it goes online, and how we check depends on the piece.

• More recent items from brands that use a digital authentication label are verified through the QR or NFC code built into the garment. We scan it and verify it against the brand's own database.
• Vintage and older pieces predate those labels. They are inspected by hand by experts: the badge and how it is attached, the stitching, the buttons and zips, the care label, the season and article codes, and the internal finishing.

We do not list anything we have doubts about ourselves. In the unlikely event that an item turns out not to be authentic, we take it back and refund the full purchase price plus shipping, both ways.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated separately and shown before you complete your order. Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout. Your order is final once payment is completed and you have received an order confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unexpectedly no longer available or in the event of an obvious pricing error. You will of course be refunded in full.

5. Delivery

See our shipping policy. The risk of damage or loss passes to you once you, or a person designated by you, has taken receipt of the parcel.

6. Cancellation and returns

See our return policy. You have 14 days to change your mind from the moment you receive your order.

7. Warranty and complaints

You are entitled to a product that matches what you could reasonably expect based on the description and photos. If something is not right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@timeless-fits.com. We respond within 5 business days.

If we cannot resolve it together, you may submit your complaint to the European ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

9. Intellectual property

All text and photography on timeless-fits.com belongs to us. Reproduction without permission is not permitted. Brand names and logos are the property of the respective brands. Timeless Fits is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the brands whose items we resell.

10. Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms.
