We are always buying. If you have a piece sitting in your wardrobe that you no longer wear, we would rather give you money for it than see it hang there.
We buy from private sellers and from other dealers, and we do it every week. No consignment, no waiting until it sells, no percentage taken afterwards. We pay you, the piece becomes ours, and that is the end of the transaction for you.
What we are looking for
We buy the brands we sell, both pre-loved and new with tags:
- Stone Island
- C.P. Company
- Moncler
- Ten C
- Polo Ralph Lauren
- Other designer labels, including archive and vintage pieces
Outerwear is what we want most: jackets, parkas, down, softshell, overshirts. Knitwear, tracksuits, denim and trousers are welcome too. Rare colourways, archive seasons and anything with a badge still on it are worth showing us even if you are not sure.
Larger lots are welcome. If you are a shop, a trader or someone clearing out overstock, send the whole list and we will make an offer on the lot.
What we cannot take
- Replicas. We check everything that comes in, and anything that does not pass goes straight back to you.
- High street and fast fashion labels.
- Pieces with damage that cannot be described honestly: heavy staining, holes in visible places, a broken zip on a piece that is not worth the repair. Small flaws are fine, we sell vintage, we just have to be able to write them down.
How it works
- Send us photos. The front and back, the neck tag, the badge and the wash label, and a close-up of anything that is damaged. Email info@timeless-fits.com, DM @timeless_fits_ or WhatsApp +31 6 11742085. Tell us the size and anything you know about the piece.
- We make you an offer. Usually the same day, at the latest the next business day. The offer is based on what the piece actually sells for, its condition and its size, and we tell you why we land where we land. If we cannot use it, we say so straight away rather than leaving you waiting.
- You send it in or bring it by. If you are in or near 's-Hertogenbosch you are welcome at the shop on Veemarktkade 8, by appointment. Otherwise you post it, and we will agree the shipping arrangement with you in advance.
- We check it and pay you. Once the piece is here we inspect it against your photos. If it is as described, the money is on its way the same day. If something turns up that was not visible in the photos, we call you first and either adjust the offer or send it back, your choice. We do not quietly pay less than we promised.
Trading in against something else
If you would rather have a piece than the money, say so. A trade against something in our stock is usually worth more to you than the cash offer, and we are happy to do it.
