Refund policy

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Notify us within those 14 days at info@timeless-fits.com. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Return shipping costs

• Orders within the Netherlands: returns are free, we provide a return label.
• Orders outside the Netherlands: return shipping is at your own expense.

Condition of returned items

We sell one-off pieces. Every item is photographed in detail before shipping and its condition is described on the product page. Those photos and that description are the reference point for any return.

• New items must be returned unworn with all tags and labels still attached.
• Pre-loved and vintage items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Stains, holes, odours, damage or wear that are not visible in the product photos and not mentioned in the description occurred after the item reached you.

You may try the item on as you would in a shop. If you go beyond that, or the item comes back in poorer condition than it was sent, we will deduct the loss in value from your refund. In cases of serious damage that deduction may equal the full purchase price.

Excluded from returns

• Gift cards.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we refund within 14 days via your original payment method. You will be notified once the refund has been processed.

Arrived damaged or not as described?

Contact us at info@timeless-fits.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. We will sort it out, and return shipping is on us.
