Shipping policy
All orders ship from 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. We aim to dispatch your order the same business day, and otherwise the next business day at the latest. We often ship at weekends too, although we cannot promise it.
Every shipment is sent with track & trace. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times are an estimate, not a guarantee. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier we depend on their schedule and on customs. If your parcel is pulled for a random customs inspection it can take several days longer. We have no influence over that and cannot speed it up.
Import duties and taxes outside the EU
Within the European Union you pay nothing extra. The amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay.
Outside the EU it works differently. Import duties, import VAT and any customs clearance fees charged by the carrier are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are not paid by Timeless Fits. They are charged to you directly by your local customs authority or carrier before the parcel is delivered. As the importer, they are your responsibility.

These figures are an estimate and not a commitment. Your local customs authority sets the final amount. We cannot calculate, pay or refund these charges on your behalf.
If a parcel is refused or left unclaimed because these charges were not paid, it is returned to us and the cost of the return shipment is deducted from your refund.
Wrong address?
Let us know as soon as possible at info@timeless-fits.com. If the parcel has already shipped we can no longer change the address. If a parcel returns to us because of an incorrect address, we can resend it at the shipping rate then applicable.
Lost or damaged parcel
Get in touch. We file the claim with the carrier and make sure you are looked after.
